No need to take notes because you will receive a comprehensive electronic, easy to read and understand report. We strive to deliver the inspection report within 24 hours after the inspection is complete. The reports are easy to navigate and defects are prioritized by colors. Each inspection component is divided into easy to read sections such as: Interior, exterior, heating and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc. This makes it easy to review our observations and determine which defects may need immediate attention.

I appreciated Arnie's attention to detail. He was very clear about what was included and even more important what was not. He was able to show me the things I needed to know on home maintenance, caring for the furnace and what was worth upgrading in the electrical system, and what could stay as is. My home is 67 years old and he pointed out the copper pipes that have an expected life span of 50 years. I was glad to know that hiring a plumber to scope the sewer line was probably worth it. Because he recommended an additional eye on an important and potentially costly component of the home, I now can have more information and feel secure in my decision. Highly recommend.

We can't recommend Arnold Gozora highly enough! He is very methodical and explains his findings thoroughly and his detailed reports are the stuff of legend. We hired Arnold for a place in Hagerstown. His attention to detail found some discrepancies with what the listing showed and, in the end, saved us from purchasing a home that would have cost tens of thousands in repairs in addition to the purchase price. Naturally, we enlisted his services once again on our current home. His detailed reports didn't uncover any major red flags but his reports are SO good, we were able to add dollar values to certain issues and get some money back from the seller. If you have a home you need inspected, do yourself a favor, and hire Arnold.

We were preparing to sell our house. We expect that a buyer would either be required to have a home inspection or would choose to do so. In order to help us avoid a surprise and to have information that could be valuable in the negotiation phase we chose to have Arnold's Home Inspection Services do an inspection of our house. The process was quite helpful and enlightening. The inspection took about 3 hours and it produced a very professional and valuable. The inspector took great care to understand our needs, was very respectful of the property, showed broad expertise in inspecting all the systems in the house, and delivered the report very promptly.
